Home Maintenance & Cleaning Services in Arabian Ranches
Arabian Ranches is a gated villa community, and every visit is a whole-house job rather than a single unit: multiple AC zones, a private roof tank, large living-room sofas and carpet across several bedrooms. That is why so many Ranches families put us on an annual maintenance schedule instead of booking each service separately.

Whole-house scheduling
A typical Ranches villa has three to five AC units or a ducted system with multiple zones, a private water tank on the roof, and a lot of fabric — sofas, dining chairs, rugs and wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms. Doing these one at a time means a technician at the door every few weeks. Bundling them into two or three planned visits a year is cheaper for you and easier for us, and it is the arrangement most of our Ranches customers settle into after the first job.
Gate access
Each sub-community — Saheel, Al Reem, Mirador, Palmera, Alvorada, Hattan and the rest — has its own gate, and security will call the villa before letting a contractor through. We send you the technician’s name and vehicle details on WhatsApp before the visit so the gate call is a formality. The Ranches 2 and Ranches 3 communities work the same way with their own gates.
Desert dust and summer heat
The Ranches sit on the desert side of the city, and the dust load on AC filters and outdoor condensers is noticeably heavier than in the coastal areas. Sand also finds its way into roof tanks through poorly sealed lids. A twice-yearly AC service and an annual tank clean is the schedule we recommend for villas here, timed so the AC service lands before the summer peak.
