Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and how Dubai Service Hub coordinates your booking. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, message us before you book.
Who we are
Dubai Service Hub is a service-coordination platform for home maintenance and fabric care across Dubai. We connect customers with independent service providers in our vetted network. In most cases the tradesperson or cleaning crew who attends your property is an independent provider we have coordinated, rather than an employee of Dubai Service Hub. Where we do carry out work directly, that will be made clear at booking.
Quotes and pricing
Prices discussed on WhatsApp are indicative unless confirmed in writing as a fixed quote for the described scope. If the job turns out to be materially different on site, we re-quote before continuing. Indicative ranges published on service pages (for example, sofa cleaning at AED 100–350) are estimates for planning only — the confirmed price is the one agreed with you before any work begins.
Bookings and scheduling
A booking is confirmed when both sides agree a scope and a slot in the WhatsApp thread (or via the contact form). Reasonable rescheduling is always possible; same-day slots depend on partner availability on the day. Any specific service-level commitment for a job — response window, arrival time — is the one confirmed for that job in writing, not any wording on this website.
The work itself
Once a technician or crew is on site, they are working under the terms of the service provider carrying out the work. Where Dubai Service Hub acts purely as the coordinator, disputes about the work itself go to the provider who did it, with us helping you get in touch. Where Dubai Service Hub performs the work directly, we take responsibility for it.
Liability
This website is provided "as is" for information and lead capture. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to AED 500. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that UAE law does not permit to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version on this page is always the current one. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
