Dubai Service Hub connects customers with home maintenance and cleaning service providers across Dubai. This page explains what personal details we collect when you ask for a quote, what we do with them, and how to ask us about them. It is written to be read by a person, not skimmed.

What we collect

If you use the quote form on this site, we collect the details you choose to enter: your name, a phone or WhatsApp number, an email address, your location, and a description of the job. If you message us directly on WhatsApp or call, we see the number you contact us from and the content of that conversation. We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not collect card information.

How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: to answer your request and, if you want it, to arrange a visit from one of the vetted service providers in our network. That means we may pass your name, location and job description to the provider we are coordinating your booking with. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-minded, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. It measures aggregate page views and actions (for example, that someone tapped the WhatsApp button) — not your identity. No advertising trackers or cross-site cookies are set.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept only as long as needed to serve the enquiry and any follow-up you start. When a request is old and closed, we delete the contact details rather than holding them indefinitely.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact details below and we will action the request.
