A large part of our Downtown carpet work is for short-let operators in the Old Town blocks around Souk Al Bahar and the residences along the Boulevard, where a guest checks out at eleven and the next checks in at four. In that window we get the machine up, clean the bedroom carpet and the rugs, and leave them walkable inside four hours with the apartment’s AC running. Operators managing several units hold recurring slots with us so they do not have to book each one.

We register when you book, carry the protection as standard, use the service lift with the machine covered, and work inside the building’s permitted hours, which are daytime on weekdays almost everywhere around Burj Khalifa. It sounds like a lot, but it is routine for us and invisible to you.
Rugs versus fitted carpet
Most Downtown apartments have stone or wood floors with rugs, and fitted carpet only in bedrooms. Standard rugs are cleaned in place; anything hand-knotted is offered a collection-and-wash service instead, because steam extraction in place is not the right treatment for a wool or silk piece.
